Before meeting in person, we'll make sure that you get to know Dr. Jayanti and feel comfortable coming to him with your concerns.
First visit: Dr. Jayanti will meet with you to formulate an in-depth treatment plan consisting of medication management and/or psychotherapy.
Subsequent visits: If therapy is part of your individualized treatment plan, Dr. Jayanti will continue to see you for 50 minute sessions.
If you only require medication management or have a therapist already, then Dr. Jayanti will see you for 25 minute sessions after your first visit.
Please note that we do not accept insurance but would be more than happy to provide you with the documentation you need to claim your out-of-network benefits. It is recommended to consult with your insurance company prior to the initial appointment if you are interested in reimbursement.
We understand it can be difficult to take time off from your busy schedule to come to our office. This form of treatment can eliminate your commute time and lead to less stress, especially when you are scheduled to see your physician often. Surveyed patients participating in telemedicine say they are very satisfied with the care they are receiving and that they feel telemedicine is a reliable and convenient way to meet Dr. Jayanti. In addition, they find that they are able to keep their appointments on a more regular basis.
Please note that payment is expected at the time of service in the form of credit card, cash, or check. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being billed at the full rate.

We do not perform forensic evaluations, child custody evaluations, or fitness for duty evaluations.
